These small group training sessions are scheduled in the mornings and evenings with 4 to 6 clients to ensure personal attention. Private and semi-private sessions may also be scheduled at your convenience.
If you've ever wanted to train with a personal trainer, this is an opportunity to do so at a lower price point.
