Rev-Cycle
An efficient, high-energy group workout on stationary Le Mond "Rev-Master" bikes that combines music, camaraderie, motivation and heart-rate training. A great way to boost your cardiac health and optimize your fitness base.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that offers us many benefits; including improved fitness, mental clarity, emotional and stress relief, better postural and organ function, and general well-being. We offer several styles of classes, from basic to advanced, as well as strength building core classes.
Chisel
Semi-private personal training in the weight room. (2-4 persons). Weight-training workout that incorporates multiple muscle groups to help build strength and muscle tone.
Pilates Reformer Class
Small group classes using the Reformer, a machine that assists and accentuates execution of Pilates exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Call for details.
T-N-T Turbo
A body sculpting class combining core strengthenning and core stability with resistance training, utilizing simple equipment (resist-a-balls, free weights, body bars,etc.)
Cardio-Sculpt
High-energy aerobic workout combined with strengthening and toning movements for a total body workout.
Gentle Stretch
Fluid, rhythmic movements that gently stretch to body
Kickin' Core
This high-energy kickboxing class will burn calories as well as sculpt your entire body. A challenging abdominal workout is included. Sweat it out and tone it up!
MVe
This class uses the MVe fitness chair, which is a pilates based piece of equipment that engages the core while doing a variety of strength and flexibility exercises
Zumba
The fusion of latin rythms and easy-to-follow moves using interval training to burn calories as well a tone and sculpt

Boot Camp
30 minutes of fat-blasting cardio on a treadmill, followed by a muscle-sculpting strength workout using free weights, body weight & strength apparatus.
H.O.T.- 75 Minutes
This unique and dynamic 75 minute group class will be divided into segments of fat blasting cardio along with muscle toning and lengthening. Designed for an intense full body workout.
Core Suspension Training
During this class you will concentrate on developing optimal core control and the feeling of longer, leaner muscles from head to toe.
Small Group Training
Total body personal training in a small group setting.
